Matteo graduated with honours in Economics and business Law at the University of Rome “LUISS Guido Carli”. He is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor.

Before joining Foglia & Partners, he worked at Tremonti Vitali Romagnoli Piccardi & Associati for two years and at a leading international tax and law firm for four years. He mainly deals with income tax matters, international taxation and national and international extraordinary transactions. Furthermore, he developed an extensive experience in taxation of financial instruments, capital markets (equity and debt), M&A and business restructuring.

He is also author of several publications about tax matters, speaker at conferences and specialized seminars.
