Graduated with honours in Economics at the University of Rome 'La Sapienza’, he is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor.
Before joining Foglia & Partners, he gained significant experience at leading tax consultancy firms, including Studio Maisto. Over the last 13 years, he further consolidated his experience in the tax sector, assisting domestic clients and multinational groups at Tremonti Vitali Romagnoli Piccardi & Associati, where he developed important skills in various areas of domestic and international tax law. His areas of specialisation are, in particular, international tax law, corporate taxation and extraordinary transactions, wealth management, transfer pricing and tax litigation.
He is also the author of publications on tax matters, a speaker at conferences in addition to specialised seminars, and Chair of the “Construction and Real Estate Companies” Study Commission set up by the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome, as well as member of the “International Taxation” Commission set up by the National Council of the Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts.
Giuliano is included in Band 2 of Chambers Europe's ranking and has also received several important awards, including the “Tax Advisory Professional of the Year” in both 2022 and 2020 and “Wealth Management Professional of the Year” in 2021 at the Legalcommunity Tax Awards.
