Francesco Capogrossi

Francesco has a Degree Corporate & Tax Law from LUISS Guido Carli University and has furthered his studies at the International Tax Center - Leiden (NED), furthermore he has a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, as well as the Master's for Economic Accounting Professions at the same University. He also completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of London (Queen Mary University of London and University College London), specialising in international taxation and trusts (English, international and comparative trusts law). Francesco is a member of the Rome Bar Association, is enrolled in the Register of Auditors and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Before joining Foglia & Partners, Francesco worked for a main international tax and law firm. He is primarily involved in advising clients about national and international tax matters as well as tax litigation, in these sectors he is particularly experienced in indirect tax matters.
