BRYAN FOLLONI

Bryan advises Italian and international corporate groups, focusing primarily on and consulting on corporate income tax matters. She has gained experience in ordinary taxation , as well as in the areas of financial statements and OIC and IAS/IFRS accounting standards. She also collaborates with the Department of Business Administration at the University of Brescia as a teaching assistant.
