Giulio primarily focuses on domestic and international tax matters for corporate groups and companies, as well as private and institutional investments, special transactions, and private equity and corporate reorganizations. He advises corporate groups, collective investment schemes, and managers as part of executive incentive plans, as well as entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) in connection with asset reorganizations.
He is the author of numerous articles on tax matters published in Italian and international trade journals, and he also teaches in graduate programs and serves as a speaker at conferences and specialized seminars.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
He has been a partner at Foglia & Partners since 2026.
He was previously a partner at leading Italian law and tax firms and has worked with a tax firm boutique of a leading reputation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Registered with the Rome Register of Certified Public Accountants and Accounting Experts, as well as the Register of Statutory Auditors (2009).
He is a member of the “Investment Funds and Private Equity” study committee of the ODCEC in Rome and of the “Extraordinary Transactions” committee of the Italian branch of the IFA – International Fiscal Association.
EDUCATION
Master’s degree with honors in Economics and Business from the University of Florence (2005).
Ph.D. in Tax and Corporate Law from LUISS Guido Carli (2014).
