At the eleventh edition of the Legalcommunity Tax Awards organized by Legalcommunity.it, Giuliano Foglia has been awarded as”Professional of the year M&A and Extraordinary Transactions”. The jury gave the following reasons for the award “Founding partner of the Firm, he advises on the tax profiles of M&A transactions really important in terms of complexity, social and media impact and economic value. These include advising a French luxury multinational in a billionaire acquisition, considered by many to be the deal of the year in the fashion world.”<\/p>\n
