on the sensitive issue pertaining to the scope of application of the 10 percent surcharge on bonuses and <span class=\"s1\">\ud835\ude34\ud835\ude35\ud835\ude30\ud835\ude24\ud835\ude2c<\/span> <span class=\"s1\">\ud835\ude30\ud835\ude31\ud835\ude35\ud835\ude2a\ud835\ude30\ud835\ude2f\ud835\ude34<\/span> recognized to executives and directors in the financial sector provided for in Art. 33 of Decree Law 78\/2010.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The decision is significantly different from its predecessors, proposing a particularly broad reading of the notion of &#8220;financial
