Tommaso graduated in Law - Tax Law at the University of Roma Tre and has deepened his studies by obtaining a Master in Tax Law at the Sole24Ore Business School. He is enrolled in the Register of Lawyers of Milan. Before joining Foglia & Partners, Tommaso collaborated with leading tax firms. He mainly deals with domestic and international taxation, as well as tax litigation. He has also gained significant experience in the field of business restructuring operations, including cross-border ones.
