Federico Cerulli Irelli

Federico graduated in business administration at LUISS Guido Carli university in Rome and he later obtained a master’s degree at Luigi Bocconi university in Milan and a postgraduate diploma in tax law, accounting and tax planning at LUISS Business School. He’s a chartered accountant and before joining Foglia & Partners he previously worked for an Italian leading tax firm and for an international investment bank as a corporate finance analyst. He mainly deals with income tax matters, taxation of financial instruments and extraordinary transactions. He’s a lecturer at the COFI - master in accounting and corporate taxation - at Bicocca University in Milan.
