Duccio graduated with honours in Law at the University of Florence. He is admitted to the Bar Association of Florence and to practice before higher courts.

Before joining Foglia & Partners, he worked steadily for almost ten years at Tremonti Vitali Romagnoli Piccardi e Associati and Miccinesi e Associati. He mainly deals with tax litigation, assistance during tax audits and in the preliminary out-of-court phase preceding tax litigations with the Tax Authorities.

In addition to his strong procedural experience, he acquired a remarkable expertise in other various areas of tax law, regarding both direct taxation (corporate taxation and individuals) and other taxes (VAT, registration tax, substitute tax on loans, etc.).
